He litigated numerous suppression motions involving breath alcohol testing, blood alcohol evidence, Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) testing, and constitutional issues arising during DUI investigations.  Mr. Reinfeld's experience has even contributed to Florida case law understanding of rights pertaining to blood alcohol testing. His case of State v. Miceli, 8 Fla. L. Weekly Supp. 393 (Fla. Monroe County Ct. 2001) is cited in Judge David A. Demers, Florida Practice V. 11 DUI Handbook

Mr. Reinfeld has completed advanced DUI litigation programs, including multiple attendances at FACDL’s annual Blood, Breath & Tears seminar.  He has extensive experience working with toxicologists, breath testing evidence, blood alcohol analysis, and other forensic issues that frequently become critical in alcohol-related collision cases.

His experience extends beyond criminal court. As an insurance defense attorney, Mr. Reinfeld defended insurance companies and their intoxicated insureds in civil lawsuits, including cases involving punitive damage claims arising from drunk driving crashes.
