Daniel B. Reinfeld is a Hollywood, Florida personal-injury lawyer and trial attorney with more than 25 years of litigation experience. Dan's family has lived in Hollywood since 1967.  His uncle, Fr. Daniel Doyle, S.M., was the first president of Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory. Our firm continues that connection by sponsoring a scholarship at the school.  Dan represents injured clients and families in car, truck, pedestrian, premises-liability, serious-injury, and wrongful-death cases throughout Broward County and South Florida.

Mr. Reinfeld represented a Florida homeowner in a water damage insurance claim against Citizens Property Insurance Corporation involving cast-iron plumbing and pipe damage. The claim involved disputed homeowners insurance coverage for water damage associated with the property's plumbing system and resulted in an appraisal award for the policyholder.​  The total claim resolved in excess of $100,000.​

Mr. Reinfeld obtained a $175,000 settlement in a condominium roof and water damage claim involving damage caused by water intrusion from the roofing system. The disputed property damage matter involved a condominium association and resulted in a $175,000 settlement for the client.

Mr. Reinfeld represented commercial property interests in litigation over roof leaks and water intrusion allegedly caused by failures to properly maintain and repair the property. The lawsuit asserted negligence and breach of fiduciary duty claims and resulted in a $96,000 settlement against the property manager and condominium association.

$90,000 Defective Faucet Product Liability & Property Damage Lawsuit

Mr. Reinfeld represented a Florida homeowner in a product liability and property damage lawsuit against a major national retailer involving a defective bathroom faucet that burst and flooded a bathroom. The homeowner's insurance company tendered $10,000 for the water damage, and the lawsuit against the retailer alleging strict product liability, negligence, defective product design and manufacturing, failure to warn, and breach of warranty resulted in a total recovery for the homeowner of $90,000.
