Earlier in his legal career, Mr. Reinfeld developed extensive trial and courtroom experience in Florida's criminal justice system. After serving as a Certified Legal Intern (CLI) with the State Attorney's Office, he spent more than three years as an attorney with the Broward County Public Defender's Office, where he handled cases ranging from DUI offenses to serious felony charges, including attempted murder. This experience strengthened his skills in jury trials, trial preparation, witness examination, evidence, courtroom advocacy, and presenting contested cases before judges and juries—skills he later brought to his personal injury and civil litigation practice.

 

​Mr. Reinfeld spent approximately six years representing insurance companies and their insureds in civil litigation and insurance defense, gaining firsthand knowledge of how insurers investigate car accidents and personal injury claims, evaluate injuries and damages, analyze liability and causation, negotiate settlements, retain medical and other expert witnesses, defend accident and insurance claims, and prepare cases for jury trial. Today, he applies that insurance-defense experience on behalf of injured individuals and policyholders in personal injury, property damage, and insurance claim disputes, including contested claims involving liability, causation, insurance coverage, and damages. His litigation experience also includes state and federal appellate matters. Mr. Reinfeld earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and has been a Hollywood, Florida resident since 1985, where he lives with his wife and two sons.
