Experienced Hollywood Personal Injury Lawyer

Daniel B Reinfeld is an experienced Hollywood Personal Injury attorney with more than 25 years of federal and Florida state-court litigation experience. Before representing injured plaintiffs, he defended insurance companies in civil litigation. That experience helps him anticipate how insurers investigate personal injury claims, dispute negligence, question medical treatment, challenge causation, and evaluate damages.

Your Case. Your Priorities. Your Strategy.

A strategy tailored to the client  We curate each case around the client’s desired outcome, injuries, and immediate needs—not a predetermined law-firm process.

The client determines the objective  Whether the priority is an efficient settlement, maximum potential value, avoiding prolonged litigation, or pursuing accountability at trial, the strategy is built around the client’s goals.

A Faster Resolution Does Not Have to Mean a Careless Settlement When a client wants a prompt settlement, we move the claim forward efficiently while working to maximize the recovery available within the client’s desired timeframe. Our shared goal is a fair, informed, and efficient resolution when timing matters.

No unnecessary delay Our duty and loyalty run to the client, no one else. We move each case as efficiently as its facts, medical development, available coverage, and the client’s objectives permit.

Prompt coverage information If our investigation shows that there is no applicable insurance or realistic source of recovery, we tell the client promptly. Many major carriers provide preliminary coverage information verbally within 24 to 48 hours after receiving a letter of representation, although formal policy disclosures may take longer.

No pressure to accept the first offer A faster resolution should not mean an unprepared claim or a careless settlement.

Prepared to litigate if shortchanged If the insurance company refuses to make a reasonable offer, we are happy to hold them accountable and present your case to a jury.

Some claims may resolve quickly Depending on liability, available insurance, medical treatment, and the client’s instructions, certain claims may resolve in approximately 90 days or less. Every case is different, and no particular timeline can be guaranteed.

Results Built for Trial, Not Just Settlement

As a solo practitioner, Dan personally handles every personal injury case the firm accepts—from the initial consultation through investigation, settlement negotiations, litigation, and trial. Clients work directly with their lawyer instead of having their case passed among intake personnel, case managers, junior associates, or outside trial counsel. Dan obtained a $1.6 million unanimous jury verdict for an injured pedestrian, recognized by TopVerdict among Florida’s Top 100 Personal Injury Verdicts and Top 10 Pedestrian Accident Verdicts of 2024. His courtroom experience includes Florida jury trials and verdicts from Key West to Orlando. If you were injured because of another person’s negligence in Hollywood or elsewhere in South Florida, call (954) 923-6110 for a free consultation. There is no attorney’s fee unless compensation is recovered.

Cases Built for Trial. Positioned for Stronger Settlements

  • More than 25 years of South Florida litigation experience. Since 1999, Daniel Reinfeld has represented clients from his Hollywood headquarters and personally handled the firm’s trials.

  • Trial-ready from the beginning. We develop each case with the evidence, documentation, expert support, and legal strategy required for proper delivery at trial.

  • Greater settlement leverage. Insurance companies evaluate the trial history and courtroom reputation of the attorney handling a claim. A credible willingness to try the case can strengthen settlement negotiations.

  • Aggressive litigation resources. When a high-stakes case requires investigators, medical experts, accident-reconstruction professionals, economists, or other specialists, we assemble the resources needed to prove the claim.

  • Jury Trial-Tested. Strong local courtroom experience. Daniel previously served for three years as a Broward County Assistant Public Defender and has extensive experience before local judges and juries.

  • Former insurance-defense experience. Dan knows how insurers investigate, evaluate, defend, and attempt to minimize claims because he previously represented major insurance carriers and rental-car companies.
  • Experience with major carriers. Daniel B Reinfeld, PA has handled claims involving GEICO, Progressive, State Farm, Allstate, and other leading automobile and property insurers from both sides of the dispute.

  • Verified Professional Recognition. Daniel B. Reinfeld is AV Preeminent® 5.0 out of 5 Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and holds a 10.0 “Superb” attorney rating on Avvo. He is also a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, reflecting his service as lead counsel in qualifying million- and multimillion-dollar recoveries.

Why Clients Choose Us

  • Direct attorney involvement. Case Begins with an Attorney, Not Paralegal. Clients work directly with Daniel and receive personal guidance throughout the claim—not merely updates from a high-volume case manager.

  • A deliberately limited caseload. As a solo practitioner, Daniel limits the number of trial cases he accepts so each client can receive personal attention. Direct One-on-One Access to Your Attorney. Your Attorney Personally Handles Your Case.
  • Not a billboard-driven settlement practice. The firm is built around direct attorney communication, serious case preparation, responsiveness, and courtroom experience.

  • Boutique attention with meaningful resources. Clients receive the accessibility of a small firm together with the litigation resources required for serious and catastrophic-injury cases.

  • Extreme responsiveness. We recognize that clients need answers and practical assistance immediately after an accident—not days or weeks later. Prompt Return of Calls and Emails. Evening and Weekend Appointments. Hospital and House Calls available.

  • Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Prospective and existing clients can contact the firm whenever urgent questions or problems arise.

  • Native Spanish- and Creole-speaking staff. The firm assists clients in the language in which they are most comfortable communicating.

  • Immediate logistical support. We help clients address transportation, vehicle repairs, insurance communications, medical appointments, and other urgent post-accident concerns.

No Sticker Shock

  • Free consultations. Clients can discuss their accidents, injuries, insurance coverage, and legal options without charge or obligation.

  • Face-to-face consultations. Dan prefers to meet personally with the client and discuss their cases, options, and possible outcomes.

  • No upfront attorney’s fee. The firm handles personal-injury matters on a contingency-fee basis. No attorney’s fee is owed unless compensation is recovered.

  • Direct vehicle-repair assistance. We communicate with insurers about inspections, repairs, towing, storage, rental transportation, vehicle valuation, and total-loss issues. Reliable transportation can be essential for returning to work, attending medical appointments, and caring for family members.

  • Property-damage assistance at no additional attorney’s fee. When we represent a client on a bodily-injury claim, we also assist with the related vehicle-damage claim without charging an additional attorney’s fee on that recovery.

  • Continued assistance when no injury coverage exists. If there is no available bodily-injury coverage, we WILL continue assisting with the property-damage claim at a reduced contingency fee. Caveat: we will not accept a new property-damage-only matter when another attorney previously represented the client and ended the representation due to no bodily-injury coverage, or because police found the person at fault. In such situations, the client should follow up with prior counsel concerning the vehicle-damage claim.

  • Early coverage answers when available. Although an insurer may have up to 30 days to provide a formal policy disclosure, many major carriers provide preliminary verbal coverage information within 24 to 48 hours after receiving our letter of representation.

  • Informed client choice. We explain the potential benefits, risks, timing, expenses, and consequences of settlement and litigation so the client can make an informed decision.

  • No hidden office charges at closing. Fees and costs are explained at the beginning of the representation. We do not charge clients for routine copies, printing, faxes, postage, or mailing expenses.

  • The client comes first. Our fee arrangement is structured so the attorney’s fee will not exceed the amount the client receives.

You Decide Where the Case Goes

  • Immediate assistance with transportation, vehicle repairs, insurance communications, and medical logistics;

  • Prompt investigation of liability, available coverage, and all potential sources of recovery;

  • Efficient pre-suit resolution when speed is the client’s priority;

  • Focused case development followed by informed settlement negotiations;

  • Trial-ready preparation designed to strengthen settlement leverage;

  • Litigation when additional pressure is needed to obtain a reasonable offer;

  • Jury trial when the insurance company will not fairly value the claim; or

  • A legal strategy built around the outcome the client wants—not the process most convenient for the law firm.
